Do you ever consider your inner voice and the things you say to yourself from time to time?
This video is a great example (in my mind at least) at some of the things we can think to ourselves especially when in certain ‘frames/states’ of mind.

There is a structure to how we put this kind of stuff together and various ways in which we can alter our experience just by recognising our inner voice and paying attention to it.
*Mini Exercise:*

Mr Lary
Laugh as you may at my expense here, I certainly did.
In my younger days of wild nights and parties I went to a nightclub with some friends.
I was the ‘type’ whom after years of being bullied became the aggressor and eventually, at every opportunity available, stuck up for people. Even at times stopping the bullies from being bullied.
If there was a fight to be had I could find it – even though I knew then that I could equally avoid one. I was young, game and willing to scrap ...

They’re not fond of rules, and they have no respect for the status-quo. You can quote them, disagree with them, glorify, or vilify them. But the only thing you can’t do is ignore them. Because.. they change things. They push the human race forward. And while some may see them as the crazy ones, we see genius. Because the people who are crazy enough to think ...

“Your time is limited, so don’t waste it living someone else’s life. Don’t be trapped by dogma — which is living with the results of other people’s thinking. Don’t let the noise of others’ opinions drown out your own inner voice. And most important, have the courage to follow your heart and intuition.”

In 1933 Alfred Korzybski, a Polish Count and mathematician, published ‘Science and Sanity’ a thesis that discussed how we experience the world through our senses and use this external datum to build internal representations of the world within our brain. The thesis used the term ‘The Map Is Not the Territory’ to explain how the real world and the internalised perception are different.
“A map is not the territory it represents, but if correct, it has a similar structure to the territory, which accounts for its usefulness”. What this means is ...

Now I read the piece that I am sharing below in Christina Halls Language Manual and transcribed it so I could consider it from time to ...
